Bootcamp
Boot camps at The Boutique Training Room are designed to push you harder than you would push yourself. Boot camp is a fast, effective way of working towards your goals with the added bonus of being in a fun social environment.
This class promotes fat loss, cardiovascular improvement, muscle endurance and strength through bodyweight exercises, high-intensity intervals, fitness-based games and low weight, high rep training is done alone and in pairs or teams.
Our boot camps are run by our high-level trainers who will run you through a warm-up, conduct your workout and make sure you are stretched out and leaving with a feeling of accomplishment every time.
HIIT
A quickfire 30 min high-intensity workouts in your lunch break to get you moving and ensure that even on your busy days you are getting your workouts in and working towards your goals.

TRX
TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise – Using TRX suspension straps focusing on mobilisation, balance and core strength through bodyweight exercises rather than using machines and weights.
Lunchtime TRX is quick fire 30 min high-intensity workouts in your lunch break to get you moving and ensure that even on your busy days you are getting your workouts in and working towards your goals.
This class promotes fat loss, balance and stability, muscle endurance and strengthening your core.
CIRCUIT
Circuit classes at The Boutique Training Room are designed to push you harder than you would push yourself. Circuits are an effective way of working for many muscle groups and getting the most out of your training time.
This class promotes fat loss, cardiovascular improvement, muscle endurance and strength through bodyweight exercises, high-intensity intervals, fitness-based exercises and high rep training.
Our circuit classes are run by our high-level trainers who will run you through a warm-up, conduct your workout which will be 1 to 1.5-minute rounds of different exercises with 30-second breaks until every exercise prepared are completed. The trainer will finish by making sure you are stretched out and leaving with a feeling of accomplishment every time.

A full body workout that is going to increase your muscle + cardio endurance – making you more fit and strong with every punch!
